Impartasim impreuna informatii si experiente despre tratamente pentru par, medicamente, lotiuni si tratamente impotriva caderii parului (rogaine 5%, minoxidil, Kirkland 5%, alopexy, hair grow, revivogen, nanogen, Spectral DNC-L 5%, Propecia (finasterida), Dudasterida, Epilobium parviflorum, Serenoa Repens, Vitis vinifera, crescina, regaine, foltene, vichy), preturi si rezultate.

    Mie mi se pare ciudat ceva ce am citi de curand.

    “Androgenic alopecia is a genetic form of hair loss dependent on the hormone DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is produced in the body as a result of the male hormone testosterone and 5-alpha-reductase enzymes coming together. Finasteride works to slow or even stop further hair loss and improve hair growth in balding men by inhibiting type 2 5-alpha-reductase enzymes, thus minimizing the amount of DHT in the body. Finasteride however, does nothing to inhibit type 1 5-alpha-reductase enzymes. A study conducted by University of Oklahoma Health Sciences in 1999 attempted to determine the effect of finasteride on scalp skin and serum androgens.”

    Pana aici toate bune dar ce ziceti asta:

    Tabelul din fotografie arata ca o doza de 0,2 mg e la fel de eficienta cu cea de 5 mg. Adica in rest e doar marketing.

      Daca cel mai important efect advers nu ar fi scaderea libidoului pana la impotenta, as lua si eu acest medicament.

      insa nu cred ca pentru a avea par merita sa risti sa ramai impotent..

      In concluzie eu raman pe minoxidil.

    Si ca tot am pus ceva din categoria “De veghe in lanul de secara” mai luati ceva:

    It’s important to remember that there are no guarantees with any non-surgical hair loss treatment. Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia (finasteride)work very well for some balding men and not at all for others. This is true for any hair loss pattern. However, medical treatments generally work best when started in the early stages of thinning hair.

    It’s also important to note that there is no hair loss cure. Androgenic alopecia (genetic balding) will eventually overcome the effects of these drugs and hair loss will once again progress.

    The only way to know what your experience will be is to use hair growth drugs as directed for up to one full year.

    Nu e chiar marketing ! Din discutiile pe care le-am avut pe forumurile din strainatate cu barbati trecuti de a doua tinerete a reiesit clar ca marea lor majoritate si-au pastrat parul pana la varsta aia datorita dozei de 1 mg . Mare parte din ei imi spuneau ca eficienta finasteridei dureaza in medie 10 ani . Dupa aceasta perioada toti au primit recomandare din partea medicului dermatolog sa creasca doza la 2,5 mg cu rezultate foarte bune.

    Ce citesc mai sus imi pare ca un “copy-paste“ de pe un site al unui centru de implantologie foliculara. De ce nu ar prezenta nici o garantie medicamentele? Nu inteleg…Ca si cum “ Numai daca va faceti implant veti avea rezultate satisfacatoare si parul nu va va mai cadea niciodata !“ Total eronat din punctul meu de vedere , date fiind datele pe care le am de pe site-urile specializate si din discutiile de pe forumuri cu oameni care iau finasterida de peste 10 ani.

    Mie acest paragraf imi suna ca si cum ar fi fost facut “copy-paste“ de pe un site al unui centru de implantologie foliculara .Ca si cum:“Numai daca iti faci implant de par vei scapa de chelie ! FA-TI IMPLANT LA NOI !“ Ceea ce se zice aici nu pot spune ca nu-i adevarat . Dar se“ omite“( a se citi “minte“ ) cu buna stiinta, poate… Nu se zice procentul barbatilor care raspund  si al celor care NU RASPUND la tratament ! Proportia e covarsitoare in favoarea primilor : 90 % , din care 46 % beneficiaza de o reala imbunatatire iar restului de 44%  i  se conserva ce are in prezent.
